we planned a revision -calcar replacement stem(intraop gram stain negative for bacteria)
cables and wiring (charnleys ) for trochanter
wiring of trochanter
calcar replacement long stem- in place with wires
bipolar head introduced
prosthesis reduced
wiring of trochanter done with cable(CHARNLEY)
